Buying Handmade:

Buying handmade is not for everyone and that is okay! 

All pieces are made by hand and created by yours truly. Each piece will be a little different than the next. You might see where fingers were, where brush strokes landed, and a bump or two. It is a part of the beauty of having handmade objects in your home. Knowing that someone made this with their bare hands with intent adds to the beauty of the item. Clay is special in the way that it uses the earth's elements from start to finish. Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Heart.

Shipping: 

As a one-woman-show limits how often I can focus on packing and shipping. Shipping happens once a week 5-7 days and then add shipping time. If things are urgent please send me an email and I will see what I can do to move things quickly. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. In the future I want to include shipping in the price but for now it will be separate.

In Person Pick up: 

If you are local and want to pick up instead, GREAT. Send me an email and I will reimburse shipping charges and schedule some time that works for pick up. 

Packaging:

I use all recyclable, compostable, or reused shipping products. 

Care & Use:

Hand washing is best. I dish wash mine but the 24k gold will wear-out faster and there is more potential for chipping. DO NOT microwave the 24k gold will spark. 

Returns & Exchanges:

I don't offer returns or exchanges but I am also a reasonable person so please don't hesitate to reach out to discuss your options if you are not happy with your product. 

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives broken I am very sorry:

1. Immediately photograph the package and the broken piece(s).
2. Email me within 48hrs to let me know.
3. Keep the packaging AND broken pieces on hand (for insurance purposes).
